3. Don’t Delay Urination: Resist the urge to hold your urine when you feel the urge to urinate. The longer you wait, the more bacteria can build up in your bladder, increasing your risk of a UTI.

4. Use Bathroom Hygiene: Always wipe from front to back after using the bathroom, and keep the area clean and dry at all times. This helps reduce the risk of bacteria entering your urinary tract.
